Camping at Whistler Gulch Campground and RV Park gives you that out of town feel with in town convenience. Whistler Gulch is centrally located in the Black Hills of South Dakota, in the Historic Old West town of Deadwood – a former gold mining encampment and now premier vacation destination. Whistler Gulch Campground is the only full-service campground in Deadwood and is located just minutes from Historic Main Street.

We are able to accommodate large rigs as well as offer sites that are perfect for small campers. Our tent sites are secluded and sculpted into the hillside for maximum shade. Our NEW camping cabins are perfect for those looking to "rough it" while not giving up a comfortable bed. Board the City Trolley right at our lodge’s front door and travel to and from Historic Main Street without having to worry about parking. Our heated swimming pool, shower house and laundry service are also added bonuses to your Black Hills Vacation.

Facilities

Built in 1998, Whistler Gulch Campground is the newest campground in Deadwood celebrating its 10 year Anniversary in 2008. When you arrive, you will be greeted by our beautiful log cabin lodge for check in. Our lodge also offers a cozy reception area and free coffee upon arrival or to give you that morning pick up. Shop in our lodge store for grocery items and RV supplies. Also located in the lodge is our spacious and modern laundry facility which is open 24 hours a day.

On the grounds you will find a clean, modern bathroom and shower house which is free to our guests. Challenge your travel mates to a game of basketball, volleyball or tennis on our sport court. Take a dip in our heated swimming pool and sun yourself poolside on our gorgeous deck.

Cabins

Sleeping Cabins with one queen size bed and loft for 2 sleeping bags. Supplied with air conditioning or heat as needed. Bring your own bedding. Sleeps up to 4 occupants.
